Refund and Return Policy

At Jeevan Organic Pro, your satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that every product is carefully packed, checked for quality, and shipped safely. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, our Return & Refund Policy helps you resolve it quickly and fairly.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if the product you receive is damaged, leaking, expired, defective, or not the item you ordered. To be eligible, the issue must be reported within the specified return window, and the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-care items such as lip balms, serums, creams, soaps, oils, and open skincare products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Items purchased on clearance or during promotions may also be non-returnable.

3. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact our customer support team within 24–48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label to help us verify the issue quickly. Delay in reporting may affect eligibility.

4. Refund Process

Once the return request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are issued only after verification of the claim, and in some cases, after the product is returned.

5. Replacement Policy

If eligible, you may choose a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement products are shipped after the issue is verified. In case the product is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered based on your preference.

6. Return Shipping

In most cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Jeevan Organic Pro covers the return shipping cost. For non-eligible returns or reasons such as dislike of scent or texture, the return shipping cost may be the customer’s responsibility.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Refund for canceled orders will be processed within the standard refund timeline.

8. Incorrect Address or Unreachable Customer

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, shipping charges may not be refunded. The order may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
